Hello Lovelies!
I am so excited about my new find! I will tell you up front that I am NOT being paid for this post. I came upon this site by happen stance. Thriftbooks.com is basically a used bookstore online and I absolutely LOVE it! I have gotten 4 books from them already. Three of them came in today.
The prices are low and the standard shipping is free. Yes I said FREE. It is standard shipping so it can take up to 2 weeks but I'll take it for free. The conditions of the books are all but new. There is a little wear on the corners around the bottom of the spine but no tearing which is amazing for used books.
I have a used bookstore that I love to go to but it's almost an hour away from my house and I don't get to go often so I'm beginning to crave getting on thriftbooks.com.
The three books I got in this order are:
Uglies by Scott Westerfield
The Hollow by Jessica Verday and
The Mortal Instruments: City of Ashes by Cassandra Clare
I hope you all go and check out this site because you will fall in love! I love the service and the quality.
More posts will follow! So excited to get back on track!
Thanks for reading!

Book Haul!
Hello Lovelies!
Okay this book haul is extremely late because I went to my favorite used bookstore at least 2 weeks ago but here it is anyway.
I wanted to show you all what part of the section I normally shop in looks like.
Yeah I said one part. That is no where near the entire young adult section.
I also looked for more John Green books.....and they were out!
Once I got past the shock of no John Green books, I looked around and found 5 books I'm really looking forward to reading.
Starting from the bottom of the stack.
The Moon and More by Sarah Dessen
I am really looking forward to reading this book. As you all know Sarah Dessen is one of my favorite authors and I'm very excited that her new book is finally out.
Torment by Lauren Kate
This is the sequel to Fallen and I've been looking for a copy for months and have not been able to find one. I can't wait to see what happens next with Luce and Daniel!
Honey, Baby, Sweetheart by Deb Caletti
I picked this book up because of the title and bought it because of the summary. Classic tale of good and shy girl with an overbearing mother gets swept up in the whirlwind of a bad boy. Yay!
13 Little Blue Envelopes by Maureen Johnson
I decided to get this book because Maureen Johnson and John Green are really good friends and Green raves about her books. It's an interesting concept and I can't wait to read it.
The Portable Dorothy Parker
This is not the type of thing I usually read but Dorothy Parker is a legend and I'm looking forward to reading her poetry and short stories.
As always leave me a comment on the haul and tell me what books you all have picked up lately. Let me know if you like having all the pictures in the post or if you would rather just have the names of the books.
Thanks for reading!

Book Haul 4.18.13
Hello Lovelies!
So I spent the last of my birthday gift card money today after class and I thought I'd show you all what I got. But first I have to rant, they rearranged everything in my Books-A-Million and I got completely turned around. Thankfully an employee noticed the confused look on my face and pointed me in the right direction. I hate the place they moved it to, it's right by the coffee shop and it's too loud and the coffee smell gives me a headache after a while. But on the bright side, the set up within the section is SO much better than before.
So now the rant is over and on with the books!
The Elite by Kiera Cass
This is the sequel to The Selection and I am completely ecstatic! I have been waiting for this book for at least 6 months and I had no idea it had come out. When I saw it in the store today, I almost squealed. It will most likely be the next book I read when I finish Beautiful Creatures and the only reason I'm not starting right now is because I promised you all I would review Beautiful Creatures.
Before I review The Elite, I will back up and review The Selection for you all.
Beautiful Darkness by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl
This is the sequel to Beautiful Creatures and I am looking forward to it. I haven't finished the original yet but I knew that if I didn't get it I'd be mad once I did finish. I will definitely be doing a review on this one.
Bloodlines by Richelle Mead
I'll be honest. I judged a book by its' cover. I was drawn to this book because of the sequels' cover. It's beautiful and it made me want to read it so I got the first one. :) It sounds interesting though and I'm looking forward to reading it.
For those of you wondering, I did get one other thing but it wasn't a cutesy item. I do not believe in spending good money in a book store on something other than books. It's ridiculous. I got a journal with London on the cover. I carry journals just about everywhere with me so I get a new one every chance I get.
I will be posting reviews before I review Beautiful Creatures because I have a stockpile of books waiting to be reviewed so bare with me and as soon as I am finished with Beautiful Creatures I will review it. It is finals time though so please be kind.
Let me know in a comment how you like these book haul posts and if there is any other type of posts you want me to give a try.
Thanks for reading!
